Dünyanın en oldukça takip edilen spor ligi olan Premier Lig’deki güncel şampiyonluk sayılarını, en oldukça şampiyon olan takımları ve lig tarihinde kaç değişik takımın şampiyon bulunduğunu keşfedin.

Premier Lig’de şampiyonluklar 1888-89 sezonundan bu yana sayılıyor. Birinci Dünya Savaşı ve İkinci Dünya Savaşı sebebiyle 1915-1919 yılları aralığında (dört sürem süresince) ve 1939-46 yılları aralığında (yedi sürem süresince) toplamda 11 sürem Premier Lig oynanmadı. 2021-22 sezonu da dahil olmak suretiyle şimdiye kadar düzenlenen lig sezonu sayısı 123’tür.

Premier Lig 1992-93 sezonundan ilkin Football League First Division (Birinci Aşama Futbol Ligi) adıyla biliniyordu. Gösterim hakları satışından sonrasında adı FA Premier Lig olarak değiştirildi.
